Our Founder

Kenneth Paul Lewis

Kenneth Lewis has over 22 years of experience in leadership development, strategy, performance management, and organizational development. Recognised as India’s pioneering OKR consultant and former co-founder of OKR International, he has worked with hundreds of Organizations across industries like BFSI, Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare, Manufacturing, FMCG & Consumer Goods, Energy, Oil & Gas, Tech, SaaS & Digital Platform, Real Estate, Education, E-commerce, Telecom, Logistics & Supply Chain.

Beyond his work at Atlas Learning, Kenneth serves as an adjunct faculty member at Emeritus, Duke CE, NIIT, Hemsley Fraser, OKR Stars, Talent Mondial, Unext, uExcelerate, InnoGreat by Jimbo Clark and UpGrad, and sits on multiple boards as an investor and advisor. He is known for an approach that is direct, deeply practical, and genuinely invested in the people he works with.
