1. Cancellations

You may cancel your registration for any of our Services under the following conditions:

Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to [email protected]

Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of INR 6500 Cancellations made less than 14 days before the program start date will result in forfeiture of the entire fee.

Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your participation in a program, you may do so based on availability in the next batch. Rescheduling is allowed only once and must be requested at least 10 days prior to the program start date. Rescheduled programs are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 20 business days from the date of the cancellation request.

Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Recorded Programs: Purchases of pre-recorded training programs are non-refundable.

Partial Attendance: No refunds will be issued for partial attendance or non-attendance of a program without prior written consent.

4. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the content, timing, and location of our programs. In the unlikely event of a program cancellation by Atlas Learning, a full refund will be issued to all participants.
