1. Agreement to Terms

We provide various online and in-person training programs, including but not limited to OKR certifications, Executive Presence courses, and other related training services (“Services”). These Services may include live virtual sessions, pre-recorded content, and in-person workshops. Users who purchase or register for any of our Services are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided in our training programs, including but not limited to videos, slides, course materials, and any other intellectual property, is owned by Atlas Learning or our licensors. You are granted a limited license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or make derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.
• Record or distribute recordings of any live virtual sessions.
• Use the materials to train others or create competing products or services.

4. User Accounts

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account and provide certain personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized use.

5. Payment and Fees

All fees for our Services must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time but will notify you of any changes before they take effect.

6. Certification

For programs that include certification, certification is contingent upon successful completion of all program requirements. Certifications are issued in the name provided during registration and cannot be transferred or altered.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Learning is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or personal injury resulting from the use of our Services.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site. Continued use of the Site or our Services following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action related to these Terms must be filed in the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
